Price Conditions for Charters
Conditions are similar to those applied to individuals on regular cruises except that: - Transfers are not included. - Excursions included in the cost are to be negotiated on a case by case basis. - Relocation fees of US$ 900 per day will be charged if necessary.
Air Transportation
All cruises start and end in a city that is a regional hub of air transportation (Lombok, Bima, Labuhanbajo, Maumere, Ambon, Timika), linked to the international airports of Jakarta (Java) and Denpasar (Bali). Although we generally take care of organizing the domestic flights to reach and fly off these towns, participants are free to make their own arrangements.
Immigration
Nationals of most countries don't need to apply for their visas to enter Indonesia from their home countries. The Immigration grant a visa-on-arrival for USD25 for a period of 30 days. For more information about visa-on-arrival, please visit the news page.
Insurance
We recommend that before your departure you have checked if your travel insurance secures the proper coverage. The remoteness of the islands we visit may make an emergency medical evacuation very costly.
